This email is NOT your tickets.  This deal is marked as Will Call, but your tickets will NOT be located at the Vala's Pumpkin Patch Ticket Window or at Usher Media Group Radio Stations.  You will be receiving an email directly from Vala's Pumpkin Patch using the email on your account.  Vala's will send an email, using Simple Tix, with a link for your two, digital anytime tickets.  Those tickets can be printed to PDF or pulled up on your phone for mobile entry.  Do not plan your trip to Vala's until you receive the email with your tickets from Valas. All accounts must have valid email addresses to receive their digital tickets. If you enter an invalid email on your account, you will not receive your tickets.
